Tuck Rainwater is Senior Vice President of State Government Affairs for Comcast Corporation, where he oversees Comcast’s state-level government affairs activities, including executive and legislative branch strategies, policy initiatives, intergovernmental affairs, and business coalitions. Tuck joined Comcast in 2011 and has held his current role since 2022. Previously, he served as Vice President of State Policy from 2014-2022 and Regional Director of Government and Regulatory Affairs from 2011-2014.
Prior to joining Comcast, he practiced in a multi-client government relations law firm, managed gubernatorial and state legislative political campaigns, and produced concerts at a renowned jazz club.
Tuck graduated from both Vermont Law School (JD, MSEL) and Principia College (BS, BA) with high honors.
