Edward D. Breen* has served as a director since February 2014. Mr. Breen has served as the Executive Chairman of DuPont de Nemours, Inc. since June 2019, and was the Chief Executive Officer from February 2020 to May 2024. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of DowDuPont from 2017 to 2019 and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of E. I . du Pont de Nemours & Co. from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Breen was the Chief Executive Officer of Tyco International Ltd. from July 2002 until September 2012, was the Chairman of its Board until March 2016 and was one of its directors until September 2016. Prior to joining Tyco International, Mr. Breen was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of General Instrument Corporation (GI) from December 1997 to January 2000, and after Motorola acquired GI, he served in multiple leadership roles in Motorola’s Networks Sector and Broadband Communications Sector and then as President of Motorola from January 2002 to July 2002. Mr. Breen is a member of the Advisory Board of New Mountain Capital LLC, a private equity firm, and serves on the boards of trustees of Grove City College and Lebanon Valley College.
