Steve Croney serves as Chief Executive Officer for Comcast’s Connectivity & Platforms (C&P) segment, the largest division of Comcast Corporation with $80B revenue across the U.S. and Europe. Steve is responsible for Comcast’s residential and commercial businesses that serves tens of millions of customers across the Xfinity, Comcast Business and Sky brands.
Most recently, Steve served as Chief Operating Officer, C&P, where he led Comcast’s residential and commercial businesses including product strategy, sales and marketing, customer experience, field operations, and data analytics. In this role, he implemented a new go-to-market strategy, including national packaging and pricing, a new creative platform, and reorganized the business. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for all functional, programmatic and financial operations of Comcast’s C&P business. Prior to that, he led Financial Planning and Analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, capital planning, as well as financial oversight for the consumer business across broadband, wireless, video and home products and services.
With Comcast for more than 30 years, Steve has held various strategic, financial and operational leadership roles across the country. He has led a number of critical initiatives including integrating newly acquired businesses and bringing new products to market, leading the company’s market expansion and network evolution strategy, managing the division’s pandemic response, and leveraging AI and data to optimize customer interactions.
Steve holds a BA in Finance and an MBA from California State University, Fullerton.
