Jason Armstrong serves as Chief Financial Officer for Comcast Corporation, overseeing all financial functions and strategic planning across the global enterprise.
Before his appointment to CFO in 2023, Jason held a variety of roles at the company, including Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer at Sky — a Comcast subsidiary that is one of Europe’s leading media and entertainment companies — and Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. He joined Comcast after 13 years at Goldman Sachs, where he most recently served as Managing Director of the firm’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Research Group.
Jason earned a B.S. degree in Economics from Duke University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
