Trevor Arp is Senior Vice President of the company’s Greater Boston Region.
In this role, Arp is responsible for all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, operations, financial performance and the end-to-end experience for about 2 million customers.
The Greater Boston region encompasses 300 communities in eastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod and the Islands, New Hampshire and Maine and is supported by more than 3,400 employees.
Arp started in this role in March 2020 and worked with other leaders across the company to quickly launch a series of initiatives to respond to the COVID-19 crisis. For example, Arp oversaw the local effort of transitioning thousands of employees from offices and call centers to working from home, and introducing new protocols for customer-facing technicians. Arp has held a series of management and marketing positions at Comcast over the past 25 years. He most recently served as Vice President of Marketing for Xfinity Mobile at Comcast Corporation Headquarters in Philadelphia. Previously, he was the Vice President of Product Marketing for Comcast’s Northeast Division, where he helped oversee product launches for flagship Xfinity products such as X1 and Xfinity Home.
Arp is a graduate of the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at UNH and has also completed further executive education at Harvard University and Dartmouth College. He resides in New Hampshire with his wife and three children. In addition, Arp serves on the Board of Directors for the Seacoast Science Center in Rye, NH.
