Sarah Gustashaw serves as Senior Vice President of Finance for Comcast Cable’s West Division. In this role, Sarah is responsible for the overall financial leadership and operational management of cable systems representing more than 9 million customers and nearly 22,000 employees operating in 13 states. Sarah’s areas of responsibility include financial and operational business plan development and execution, financial planning and reporting, project management office, revenue management, capital management, information systems and technology, warehouse and field operations, financial operations, and cross-functional financial support and guidance.
Sarah has been with Comcast for 18 years and has more than 20 years of experience in finance and business operations, most recently serving as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for the West Division and before that, as Vice President of Finance for the Mountain West Region since 2011. Prior to working in the West Division, Sarah served as the Vice President of Finance for Indiana Region of Comcast where she was responsible for the local business operations functions. Sarah has also held various other financial management positions within Comcast in Georgia, Texas and Virginia.
Sarah began her career as a public accountant and received her Certified Public Accountant License. She graduated from Indiana University with a Business Degree in Accounting, is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), the 2016 WICT Rocky Mountain Woman of the Year, a 2014 graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Class 28, and a 2012 graduate of the Rocky Mountain Leadership Institute. In June 2016, Sarah was appointed Chair of the Clayton Early Learning Board of Trustees and continues to share her passion for their mission to improve early childhood education for disadvantaged youth through her volunteer work.
