Jeremy Hsu serves as Corporate Vice President and Senior Deputy General Counsel for Comcast Corporation. He is responsible for legal matters related to strategic corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investments and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Comcast in 2012, Jeremy was an associate at Dechert LLP, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions.
Jeremy graduated cum laude from Temple University Law School, where he received a J.D. and LL.M.s in Taxation and in Transnational Law and was a James E. Beasley Scholar. He received a B.A. from Arizona State University.
Jeremy lives in Media, PA with his wife and their three children.
