Carolyne Hannan serves as the Senior Vice President of Comcast’s Western New England Region. In this role, she is the head executive responsible for operations, financial performance, and customer service for approximately one million customers in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and New York. She also leads more than 900 employees throughout the region.

A cable veteran with more than 24 years in the industry, Carolyne previously served as the Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Comcast’s Freedom Region. She was responsible for the region’s overall subscriber and revenue growth and had oversight of more than 700 sales and marketing professionals, including those in Retail, Inbound Sales, Direct Sales, and local marketing.

Carolyne joined Comcast in 2004 as Area Director of Sales and Marketing and later became Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Western New England Region, where she oversaw all sales and marketing functions across five states. Later, Carolyne served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Houston Region.

Carolyne has a degree in Marketing from Baruch College and is a graduate of a number of esteemed executive development programs, including CTAM University (Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing) and the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. In 2013, she was honored with the “Star of the Year” award by the Greater Texas Chapter of Women In Cable Telecommunications (WICT).
