Amy Lynch is President of Comcast’s Northeast Division. In this role, she is the senior executive responsible for all aspects of operations across 14 northeastern states from Maine through Virginia and the District of Columbia, which serves approximately 8 million customers.
With more than 27 years of experience in telecommunications, media and technology, Lynch is a seasoned executive with 20 years at Comcast in a variety of functions, including Sales & Marketing, Technical Operations, Engineering & Construction, Care, and Customer Experience. In her most recent position, she served as Comcast West Division Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Customer Operations, where she oversaw all aspects of customer experience strategy, care and technical operations, logistics and tools. Previously, Lynch served in a variety of executive leadership roles, including Regional Senior Vice President of both Comcast’s Mountain West and Washington Regions, Vice President of Engineering Operations for Comcast’s West Division and Regional Vice President of Technical Operations for the California Region.
Lynch has been the recipient of numerous honors, including San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women and one of Seattle’s Women to Watch. She also has been named to Cablefax Magazine’s Top 100 Regional Power Players list for more than a decade. Lynch is an active member of Society of Cable Television Engineers and Women in Cable Telecommunications. She is an involved leader in the community, serving on several boards and committees including Girls Inc. of Metro Denver, Colorado’s Woman’s Foundation and Advisor to the President of Colorado Community Colleges.
A New England native, Lynch holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut in addition to leadership certificates from Dartmouth, Tuck School of Business and Harvard.
