Amy Lynch is President of Comcast’s Northeast Division. In this role, she is the senior executive responsible for all aspects of operations across 15 northeastern states from Maine through North Carolina and the District of Columbia.
With more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications, media and technology, Amy is a seasoned executive with 22 years at Comcast in a variety of functions, including Sales & Marketing, Technical Operations, Engineering & Construction, Care, and Customer Experience. In her most recent position, she served as Comcast West Division Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Customer Operations, where she oversaw all aspects of customer experience strategy, care and technical operations, logistics and tools. Previously, Amy served in a variety of executive leadership roles, including Regional Senior Vice President of both Comcast’s Mountain West and Washington Regions, Vice President of Engineering Operations for Comcast’s West Division and Regional Vice President of Technical Operations for the California Region.
Amy has been the recipient of numerous honors, including being inducted into the Cable TV Pioneers Class of 2023 and named the Woman of the Year by the Women in Cable Telecommunications’ Rocky Mountain chapter. She has been named San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women, one of Seattle’s Women to Watch, been on Cablefax Magazine’s Top 100 Regional Power Players list for more than a decade and was included on Cablefax Magazine’s Most Powerful Women of 2023 list. In 2022, Amy was a member of the Comcast team that received a Technology & Engineering Emmy® Award in recognition of their work on network technology innovation.
Amy is an active member of Society of Cable Television Engineers and Women in Cable Telecommunications. She is an involved leader in the community, serving on several boards and committees including the Comcast NBCUniversal Foundation, Girls Inc. of Metro Denver, Colorado’s Woman’s Foundation and Advisor to the President of Colorado Community Colleges.
A New England native, Amy and her husband live nearby Boston, MA. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut in addition to leadership certificates from Dartmouth, Tuck School of Business and Harvard.
