Amanda Miller serves as a Vice President on the Comcast Global Audit Team. In this role, Amanda, oversees the internal audit function and the performance of financial and operational audits for the NBCUniversal function. She also oversees the Company-wide Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) audit team .
Prior to joining Comcast in 2010, Amanda spent 4 years at Time Warner as Manager within the Global Audit function. Prior to Time Warner, Amanda worked in the external assurance function at KPMG, LLP.
Amanda is a graduate of Penn State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
