Christine Whitaker is Regional Senior Vice President for Comcast’s Keystone Region, which serves approximately 1.5 million customers in areas including Harrisburg, Lancaster, Lebanon, Reading, Scranton, State College, Williamsport, York, southwestern Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, northern West Virginia, and Maryland. Christine is responsible for the financial results of the Region as well as the overall customer experience. She oversees the Region's marketing, care, field operations, engineering, finance and commercial services teams and is dedicated to the customer experience and delivering best in class results in the Keystone Region. 

Prior to joining Comcast, Christine held the position of Group Vice President, Chief Learning Officer for Time Warner Cable. In this role, she was responsible for the company’s learning and leadership development opportunities and supported end-to-end performance and talent management. In addition, her team oversaw the development and support of programs that attract, develop and retain diverse talent across the Time Warner enterprise. 

A seasoned finance and operations executive, Chris is a cable industry veteran with 15 years of prior experience at Comcast Cable, where she served as Area Vice President and General Manager of North Virginia. 

Chris has received numerous industry accolades, including the 2005 Woman in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Washington/Baltimore Fearless Award and the 2012 WICT Carolinas Inspiration Award. She sits on the board and is Board Treasurer for the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE), and is on the North Carolina Science Festival Advisory Board. Chris is a member of WICT and the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC). 

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chris holds a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University. She is also a graduate of the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) executive management program at Harvard Business School and the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute of WICT.
