Aimee Snead is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Comcast’s Northeast Division. In this role, Aimee is responsible for leading the people strategy, including efforts to evolve the company’s employee experience, DE&I, engagement and organizational effectiveness to attract, grow, and retain the very best talent across 14 northeastern states from Maine to Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Aimee has over 20 years of Human Resource experience, previously serving as Regional Vice President for Human Resources in Comcast’s Freedom Region, which includes Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs, New Jersey, and northern Delaware, as well as numerous Human Resources leadership roles at the company’s headquarters.
Prior to joining Comcast, Aimee spent 16 years with Mercer Human Resource Consulting, leading global compensation and working directly with the Chief People Officer and CEO. Aimee began her corporate HR career working for J.Crew.
Aimee holds a Master’s of Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
