Comcast NBCUniversal Named a Top 10 Company on DiversityInc’s Top 50 List

We are pleased to announce that for the fifth year in a row, Comcast NBCUniversal has been honored as a top 10 company on DiversityInc’s Top 50 list as one of the nation’s most inclusive companies, placing #7 overall.

The company was also honored on 10 of DiversityInc’s 2022 Specialty Lists.

  • Veterans:  We ranked #5 on the Top Companies for Veteran Employees list.
  • Supplier Diversity: We ranked #14 on the Top Companies for Supplier Diversity list.
  • Employee Resource Groups: We ranked #18 on the Top Companies for Employee Resource Groups.
  • Talent Acquisition for Women of Color: We ranked #12 on the Top Companies for Executive Talent & Talent Acquisition for Women of Color list.
  • Black Executives: We ranked #2 on the Top Companies for Black Executives list.
  • Latino Executives: We ranked #2 on the Top Companies for Latino Executives list.
  • Asian Executives: We ranked #9 on the Top Companies for Asian Executives list.
  • Native American/Pacific Islander Executives: We ranked #3 on the Top Companies for Native American and Pacific Islander Executives list.
  • Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG): We ranked #18 on the Top Companies for ESG list.

The rankings are derived from results compiled from corporate survey submissions completed by companies with at least 750 employees in the U.S. Companies are measured by their overall performance in six key areas of diversity and inclusion management: human capital diversity metrics, leadership accountability, talent programs, workplace practices, supplier diversity, and philanthropy.
