Welcome
A Message from David L. Cohen, Chief Diversity Officer

I'm proud to share the first issue of Comcast NBCUniversal’s new Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) newsletter, ON DIVERSITY. Each quarter, our Corporate D&I team will curate compelling stories demonstrating the business impact that D&I has on companies today. We will highlight teams whose inclusive cultures drive innovation, share new trends and best practices that are driving our industries forward, and partner with leaders from inside – and outside – our organization to bring fresh and unique perspectives to the dialogue.

At Comcast NBCUniversal, we see D&I as a strategic imperative that drives growth and innovation for our business. And this couldn’t be more true today, given the competitive landscape in our industry. I hope that when you read our newsletter, this message comes through clearly and undeniably. Our goal is to equip our readers with the tools they need to celebrate diversity on their teams, and operate with an inclusive mindset.

Warm regards,

David L. Cohen
Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer
