Employee Engagement

From professional development summits to wellness sessions, Pride parades, and more, members of the OUT Employee Resource Group (ERG) are living the legacy established in 1986, when NBCUniversal founded one of the nation’s first LGBTQ+ focused ERGs.

Human Rights Campaign
Comcast NBCUniversal is a longstanding partner of the Human Rights Campaign and proudly signed on to the HRC’s Business Statement on Anti-LGBTQ+ State Legislation. Last year, for the 10th time in 11 years, we earned a score of 100 and received the Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.
Project UP
Through Project UP, we work with organizations that help advance digital equity in LGBTQ+ communities including LGBT Tech, which trains Digital Navigators and provides cutting edge technology and resources to improve the lives of LGBTQ+ individuals.
