Philadelphia, PA

Comcast’s MachineQ today announced that it has been named “IoT Enablement Company of the Year for the Enterprise Market” in the sixth annual IoT Breakthrough Awards.

The awards are conducted by IoT Breakthrough, a leading market intelligence organization that recognizes the top companies, technologies, and products in the global IoT market. IoT Breakthrough highlighted MachineQ’s asset management solution as one of the primary reasons for the honor.

“The mission of the IoT Breakthrough Awards program is to recognize innovators, leaders and visionaries from around the globe in a range of IoT categories,” said James Johnson, managing director at IoT Breakthrough. “MachineQ for Asset Management is reflective of IoT innovation at massive scale. We extend our sincerest congratulations to the entire MachineQ team on winning this award.”

“We’re thrilled to receive this recognition and proud of the achievement as it validates the sentiments of our customers – MachineQ for Asset Management is a truly disruptive RTLS solution,” said Steve Salata, vice president and general manager at MachineQ. “Our solution, which is powered by MachineQ's core IoT network connectivity platform, not only provides enterprises with more accurate, real-time location data, but it gives them the foundation of a dedicated LoRaWAN® network that they can use to power additional use cases that drive additional ROI. That's a real win for enterprises.”
