Comcast's MachineQ Executive Reappointed to LoRa Alliance® Board of Directors Gaurav Naik to Serve Third Consecutive Term

MachineQ, a Comcast Company, today announced Gaurav Naik, the company’s executive director of engineering, has been reappointed by the LoRa Alliance® to its Board of Directors for the third consecutive term.
Naik has served on the board since September 2021—each term spanning two years—contributing to the LoRa Alliance’s mission of advancing innovation and collaboration within the technology sector. Established in 2015, the board plays a critical role in shaping the future of the Internet of Things (IoT) by driving strategic initiatives and fostering industry partnerships. With an extensive background in engineering and a passion for emerging technologies, Naik brings technical expertise and strategic vision to the board.

Naik will serve with other newly appointed board members, including Telemaco Melia of Echostar Mobile Ltd., Robert Zagarella of Enzen Global Limited/NNNCo, Ove Anebygd of Netmore, and Richard Sanders of ZENNER.
In addition to his board role, Naik has served on the LoRa Alliance’s CEO search committee, helping to vet and present qualified candidates for the role in 2024. He also participated on the Awards & Recognition committee (in 2023), to select individuals and companies for their contribution to LoRaWAN and honor them with an award.
Naik has also spoken at numerous LoRa Alliance events, with the most recent one at the IoT Solutions World Congress in Barcelona.
