We are excited to announce the opening of our newest Studio Xfinity store in Washington, DC, bringing a transformative retail experience to consumers located in the nation’s capital. The DC Studio Xfinity Store is designed around the needs of -- and based upon feedback from -- our customers, and gives them an opportunity to explore, learn about and interact with the latest Xfinity products and services in an immersive experiential way.

The Studio Xfinity Store in DC spans 9,000 square feet and is located in the Penn Quarter/Chinatown neighborhood, a place we know our customers like to shop and explore. We want to bring our customers an incredible shopping experience, and the Studio Xfinity Store has our newest interactive technology and other cool features and applications so that there is something for everyone.

From the moment our guests walk through the doors, our friendly experts are on hand to guide them through their journey and help answer any questions.  Visitors can try out all of our Xfinity products and services – the latest in Internet, video, mobile, home automation and security. Within the store, we have an Apple Experience shop, where visitors can purchase or ask questions about their Apple products. 

Studio Xfinity is all about experiential learning  and shopping, and visitors can check out each zone in the store to experience something new.  The X1 Living Room is an inviting space where our customers or other people curious about our technology can try out X1. With xFi at the forefront of our in-home Wi-Fi, our Internet Zone features multiple points of interactivity for our customers to learn how to be the master of their own home network through xFI. Visitors can learn more about home security based on real-life narratives in our Home Zone. Customers also can visit special immersive sections of the store, where they can see our entertainment experiences in action, simply by using their voice.

Being committed to our customers also means being committed to the Washington, DC community.  Visitors can grab a cup of coffee at the La Colombe Coffee Bar, either while browsing the store or stopping in on their way to a Washington Capitals game. And, we’ll screen movies and TV shows for the community at our Lounge – from Secret Life of Pets and This is Us, and more. Customers can simply hang out and stream live TV. The Studio Xfinity store will also include information on our Internet Essentials program, the nation’s largest high-speed Internet adoption program for low-income households. This program has connected more than 4-million Americans in Washington, DC. and throughout the country.
