Registration is now open for the Software as Craft Conference 2017, our one day Comcast Labs technical conference focused on the craft of software development. The conference will be held on October 17, 2017 at The Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia.

As developers, we know that making great software is equal parts art and science. We’re hosting Software as Craft Conference 2017 to bring together technologists from the Philadelphia technology community and beyond to share how they approach the craft of software development.

If you’re a developer, or are interested in in the topic, and plan to be in Philadelphia in October, we’d love to see you. We’ve confirmed a number of dynamic speakers already, and are finalizing the schedule now. Matt Zelesko, Senior Vice President, Video Products & Chief of Software at Comcast Cable will give the opening keynote.

Check back often for an updated list of speakers.

Software as Craft Conference 2017 is our fourth and final Comcast Labs technical conference of the year. The program, which launched this year with Scala by the Schuylkill in January, has been a tremendous success, and we’ve already committed to a full slate of four more events in 2018.
