We recently established a new web page and e-mail address for security researchers to contact us about potential vulnerabilities relating to our products. Independent security researchers play a valuable role helping us keep our products safe, and we want to make it as simple as possible for them to contact us.

We have always worked closely with independent security researchers who identify potential issues with our products, and that won’t change. This new page simply provides a streamlined, one-stop location for researchers to use in reporting issues.

The reporting page provides guidance on how to submit a report, a dedicated e-mail address that will be checked regularly by Comcast security teams, and a public encryption key that researchers can use to secure their messages.

Comcast security experts will review all submissions, and work quickly to make any necessary fixes.
