The COVID-19 destination on our X1 and Flex platforms collects up-to-the minute reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), White House briefings, as well as expert medical advice, and local news for many of our largest markets.

As we continue to monitor the CDC’s guidance and local market conditions, we wanted our customers to have quick access to the tools, facts and timely news they need as they cope with the crisis safely at home.

The COVID-19 destination on is just part of Comcast’s comprehensive COVID-19 response. Xfinity WiFi hotspots across the country will be available to anyone who needs them for free, including non-Xfinity Internet subscribers. Additionally, with so many people working and educating from home, we paused our data plans. Finally, we made or Internet Essentials program free for new families for the first 60 days of enrollment.
