The Best Workplaces for Women list is determined by a partnership with Fortune and the people analytics firm, Great Place to Work. The list is formed by analyzing anonymous survey feedback from thousands of organizations in the United States, including nearly 1.2 million employee responses. Comcast NBCUniversal rose six spots from its 2021 ranking.

Comcast NBCUniversal is committed to creating opportunities for all of our teammates to connect, feel empowered, and advance their careers through professional growth opportunities. Our employee resource group, the Women’s Network, has nearly 21,000 members across Comcast, NBCUniversal, and Sky from all levels of the organization who are dedicated to supporting one another. Additionally, Comcast Cable recently launched a host of coaching programs to help women build their careers and lead inclusive teams, including Tone Networks and The Cru, supporting select leaders through technology to help them meet their personal and professional goals. These are just some of the many benefits provided to employees to help them thrive in the workplace.
