The list recognizes companies with more than 100,000 U.S. employees who have received the Great Place to Work Certification. Great Place to Work ranked the Fortune Best Big Companies to Work For based on anonymous employee survey feedback and an assessment of each company’s benefits programs and policies. Survey respondents rate their workplace cultures on 60-plus elements, including: trust in managers, compensation, fairness, camaraderie, and workplace traits linked to innovation. The ranking accounts for the experiences of all employees, including: women, people of color, LGBTQ individuals, older team members, and disabled employees.
