Comcast NBCUniversal Moves Up to No. 6 On DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies List

DiversityInc revealed its 2019 Top 50 Companies for Diversity on May 7th in New York City, and Comcast NBCUniversal was once again recognized as one of the nation’s leading companies for Diversity & Inclusion.

We ranked No. 6 this year, up from the No. 7 spot on the 2018 list and the No. 19 spot on the 2017 list.

DiversityInc credits Comcast NBCUniversal’s ranking to our robust internal and external diversity councils; our work with people with disabilities on self-identification, professional development, and career exposure opportunities; and the strength of our Employee Resource Groups.

Comcast NBCUniversal was also ranked on seven of DiversityInc’s 2019 Specialty Lists:

• Supplier Diversity: No. 4
• Veterans: No. 6
• Talent Acquisition: No. 8
• Employee Resource Groups: No. 9
• People with Disabilities: No. 10
• Executive Diversity Council: No. 15
• LGBT Employees: Included on the list, which does not have a ranking.
