Universal Pictures Focuses its Lens on Diversity, In Front of and Behind the Camera

Universal Pictures has a longstanding commitment to increasing diversity. In the video below, Universal Pictures Chair Donna Langley describes how diverse casting represents the voices of our audiences.

Furious 7, the seventh installment of the Fast and Furious franchise directed by James Wan, hits theaters Apr. 3 and is another example of Universal Pictures’ dedication to diversity and inclusion.

The action-packed film returns with star actors, Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Jordana Brewster, Lucas Black, and Jason Statham.  After Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel), Brian O'Conner (Paul Walker) and the rest of the crew return to the United States Owen Shaw's older brother, Ian Shaw (Jason Statham) seeks revenge for the death of his brother and puts Dominic and the entire crew in danger once again.
