Between YE 2010 and YE 2014, we experienced the most significant growth in our VP+ and director levels. At the manager level, which comprises the largest percentage of Total Management, we remained fairly flat year-over-year between YE 2010 and YE 2014. When we combine the percentage growth in diversity at the manager, director, and VP+ levels, we maintained more than 50% diversity within our Total Management between YE 2010 and YE 2014. Diversity at the highest levels of leadership further demonstrates our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce with visible ethnic and gender diversity in management.
