Comcast Reaches 2 Millionth Digital Voice Customer Milestone in Michigan

Company Identifies Wayne Resident, Celebrates with Digital Home Makeover

Comcast, the nation's

leading provider of entertainment and communications products and services
today announced it has surpassed the two million-customer milestone for
Comcast Digital Voice(R), the company's innovative home phone service.
Comcast Digital Voice is a fully featured, reliable and less expensive
replacement for traditional telephone service. The company celebrated the
occasion by awarding Comcast customer Shelly Nix, of Wayne, Michigan with a
"Digital Home Makeover" and other great prizes. Ms. Nix was identified as the
two millionth customer to sign on for Comcast Digital Voice.

"People are discovering the tremendous savings gained by selecting Comcast
Digital Voice over traditional carriers such as AT&T," said Dave Buhl, Region
Senior Vice President, Comcast Michigan. "Reaching the two millionth customer
right here in Michigan is a testament to the popularity of Comcast Digital
Voice in this state. We know that as more customers compare costs, value and
our superior technology they too will make the switch to Comcast Digital
Voice."

Surpassing two million Comcast Digital Voice customers underscores the
record growth Comcast continues to experience as it aggressively rolls out its
Triple Play package of services. Triple Play, which bundles phone, high-speed
Internet and video services into a value-added package, gives customers the
convenience of using one company and receiving one monthly billing statement
for all three services.

In addition to the cost savings and convenience of using one company for
all services, the bundle provides further value and simplicity because
customers benefit from the integration of video, Internet and telephony.

Comcast Digital Voice

Comcast Digital Voice is a less expensive, fully featured, reliable
digital-quality home phone service replacement for customers' plain old
telephone service which includes: unlimited local and domestic long-distance
calling (including calls to Canada and Puerto Rico); competitive international
rates with no monthly fee or minimums; Web access to voicemail; online call
management; E911 service; and 12 of the most popular calling features. Comcast
Digital Voice stands out because calls originate and travel over Comcast's
advanced, proprietary managed network, unlike best effort Voice over Internet
Protocol (VoIP) offerings that run on the public Internet.
