Comcast NBCUniversal Rated Among 'Best-of-the-Best' Companies for Inclusion
The NBIC is a coalition of national diverse business organizations spearheaded by the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), and including the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce, National Black Justice Coalition, U.S. Business Leadership Network and WEConnect International.
Only companies achieving industry-leading results across all diverse segments are eligible to receive NBIC’s Best-of-the-Best designation. On April 26th, NBIC executive leadership and honorees gathered to recognize award recipients’ outstanding achievements in promoting cross-segment diversity and inclusion at the 2016 Best-of-the-Best Awards Gala in Washington, D.C.
"The Best-of-the-Best designation is the top corporate honor bestowed for commitments to America’s diverse employees and business owners, which includes LGBT, people of color, women, and people with disabilities. This designation is not easily earned, making it all the more prized," said Justin Nelson, Co-Founder and President of the NGLCC. "By recognizing these industry leaders and the policymakers who collaborate with them as the Best-of-the-Best, we are creating a better future for all diverse communities in business. Together we reaffirm our common, ongoing mission to improve business inclusion among Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies nationwide."

Our business is built on understanding that the people we hire, the partners we work with, and the products we create need to reflect the communities we serve.
