In
support of our national partnership, Comcast assisted City Year’s recruitment
efforts by airing more than $3 million worth of public service announcements to
build awareness of the organization among young adults. Comcast’s commitment of
these resources helped generate more than 10,000 applications for the 2,000
positions City Year needed to fill. As a result, 100,000 students at 187
high-need schools in 23 cities across the country were helped.
