Xfinity Home Offers Its Customers One Seamless Experience: Adds Philips Hue To Its Partner Ecosystem
I’m proud to announce Philips Hue as a new partner. Our Xfinity Home customers can now easily manage and control the Philips Hue connected lighting system through the Xfinity Home mobile app.
Our Xfinity Home partner program helps ensure Xfinity Home customers can easily manage and control their many smart home devices from the Xfinity Home platform, at any place and at any time. And our robust vetting process brings confidence to our consumers that those devices will be amongst the best performing in their category.
Consumers continue to seek out innovative IoT products and services to help them realize the benefits of the Smart Home. Comcast’s Xfinity Home service provides advanced security solutions and smart automation capabilities to our customers. We work with some of the best players across many categories including lighting, door locks, thermostats and others to offer our customers solutions and end to end experiences.
Our other partners include August, Caseta Wireless, Chamberlain, GE branded Jasco products, Kwikset, Lutron, Nest, and Sengled which is partly why more consumers are choosing to join the nearly one million people who opt to have Xfinity Home as their home security provider.
Xfinity Home customers can easily manage, control and operate a number of key smart home devices from our partners on the Xfinity Home platform. Customers can select the best way to interact with the service, including the Xfinity Home mobile app, online portal, and in-home touchscreen controller. In addition, X1 customers with Xfinity Home service can use their X1 voice remote to say commands such as "Xfinity Home Cameras" to see their camera feeds; "Xfinity Home Arm," "Xfinity Home Arm Night," "and Xfinity Home Disarm" to arm and disarm their security system; and "Xfinity Home" to easily and quickly pull up the main menu of commands on the largest screen in their home.
As we continue to expand our family of partners, we want to hear from you, our customers, and what you’re looking for to make your smart home "smarter."
