We’ve had a lot of fun so far, and today, we’re thrilled to be launching one of the most exciting elements of our sponsorship so far: the Xfinity 1989 Lip Sync Sessions contest, which offers fans a chance to meet Taylor herself. Just do what comes naturally to any Taylor fan: lip sync one of her songs.
Swifties across the world are known for creative homemade videos of themselves and their friends lip syncing their favorite Taylor Swift songs. Now we want to see what else they can do.
Xfinity 1989 Lip Sync Sessions puts lip sync skills to the test with the chance to win an all-expenses paid trip to meet Taylor Swift and a pair of tickets to The 1989 World Tour. Here’s how it works:
Starting today, July 27, fans can record a lip sync video via the contest mobile app (iOS + Android) or at XfinityLipSync.com.
Voting opens on August 10 and fans have 13 days to vote for their favorite videos online or via the contest app. Each vote enters you into a sweepstakes to win a tablet.
Five winners will be announced the week of August 31.
