We envision a "smart home for everyone" where accessibility is delivered through universal design application across products to enhance value for all customers, regardless of service or platform. For us, accessibility is about opening up our products and services to all users, particularly consumers with disabilities — people who are blind, people who are deaf or hard of hearing, and people with physical disabilities.

As we roll out our next generation of products, accessibility is a priority. To increase our effectiveness at building the best experiences for our customers, we are creating a dedicated space for accessibility research and development at our corporate headquarters in Philadelphia. We are also outfitting our development teams across the country with critical tools and investing in employee skills to ensure accessible entertainment and communications products for the future.
