Today the European Commission announced that they have approved the Comcast NBCU transaction. The Commission concluded that the proposed joint venture will not harm competition within the European Union. This decision marks another positive milestone in the transaction’s regulatory approval process. We are pleased with the EU Commission’s timely review. There are a limited number of additional international reviews still pending. We believe that these, too, will be completed in the near future. We look forward to the successful conclusion of approvals in the United States and the remaining international approvals later this year.
