2020 Values Report

Together We Build

Since the founding of Comcast in 1963, our core values have been rooted in improving the communities where our employees, customers, and audiences live and work. Today, those values live on through our culture. As we face the extraordinary challenges stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to uphold our longstanding commitment to diversity, inclusion, and keeping people connected to what matters most. We’re also mobilizing as a company to help create a more equitable, just, and inclusive society through a comprehensive, $100 million multiyear plan to fight injustice and inequality against any race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, or ability. This commitment will focus on social justice, employees, awareness & education, digital equity, and small business opportunity.

Our 2020 Values Report highlights some of the ways we are building, and rebuilding, stronger and more inclusive communities to make a positive difference, and how we’re doing what’s right for our employees, customers, viewers, and the world.
