The top three bars show the overall percentage of people of color on the Executive Leadership Team, at the Vice President level and above, and at the Director level. Five sets of bars below show the percentage of individuals on the Executive Leadership Team, at the Vice President level and above, and at the Director level at year-end 2018 who were African American, Asian American, Hispanic, Native American, and two or more races, respectively.
