The 2019 Internet Essentials tour concluded in our home city of Philadelphia where we announced our new customer service support program in American Sign Language for Xfinity and Internet Essentials customers, in partnership with Connect Direct, a subsidiary of Communication Service for the Deaf. Together, we also brought the Internet Essentials mission to the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf where we announced our expansion of the program to all low-income Americans and surprised students with a tablet giveaway. Philadelphia is one of the many cities Comcast is partnering with to ensure all households, regardless of income, are able to have an Internet connection at home.
