Starz Encore and Comcast Announce Bank Approval of Affiliation Agreement

Philadelphia, PA.

Starz Encore Group LLC (Starz Encore) and Comcast Cable said today Starz Encore has received all necessary bank approvals for its recently announced affiliation agreement with Comcast Corp. The agreement also resolves all litigation pending between Starz Encore and Comcast with respect to the agreement entered into between Starz Encore and AT&T Broadband.

"We can now move full speed ahead to deliver to Comcast's customers a host of new services including Starz On Demand, Encore On Demand, STARZ! HD, and STARZ! Kids.
