Playoff Bandwagon Pep Rally
Wednesday, April 16 – 18th Street between Locust and Walnut, 11:30-1 p.m.
The Flyers Playoff #ClutchTime tour will be back in action on Wednesday, April 16 for the "Playoff Bandwagon Pep Rally" on 18th Street between Locust and Walnut Street in the Rittenhouse Square section of center city Philadelphia during the lunch hours. Fans are invited to get Flyer’d Up and get on the Flyers Playoff Bandwagon by partaking in an outdoor festival including live music being played from a flatbed truck, games, free giveaways and more. Fan will also have the chance to participate in a shootout contest to win tickets to the first Flyers home playoff game being played at the Wells Fargo Center on Tuesday, April 22 at 8 p.m.
Greater Media Pep Rally
Thursday, April 17 – One Bala Plaza, Bala Cynwyd, PA, 12-1 p.m.
The Flyers keep the pep rally momentum going as they take the party out to Bala Cynwyd on Thursday, April 17 for a lunch time pep rally at One Bala Plaza where 97.5 The Fanatic, the official radio broadcast partner of the Philadelphia Flyers, 93.3 WMMR, 102.9 WMGK and 95.7 BEN FM promotional teams will all be participating, along with on-air personalities and food sampling will be available. The Flyers staff will be on-site with free giveaways and selling Playoff merchandise. The event is open to the public, free of charge and one lucky fan will walk away with a pair of tickets to Game 3 of the series against New York on Tuesday.
Fans can get Flyer’d Up for the Playoffs and shop from the latest NHL Playoff apparel at Fan Zone powered by Reebok at the Wells Fargo Center. New styles, including name and number T-shirts for women, have just arrived in store, including head-to-head merchandise for the entire family, plus commemorative items for this Divisional Semifinal matchup between the Flyers and the Rangers. Fan Zone is open this week Tuesday, April 15 through Friday, April 18 from 11 a.m. through 6 p.m.
XFINITY Live! Philadelphia is the official headquarters for Flyers Playoff watch parties. Fans can catch the game on the 32-foot HD TV inside NBC Sports Arena for the best viewing experience on the East Coast! The party starts on Thursday, April 17 at 6 p.m. as the Flyers face the Rangers in the legendary Madison Square Garden. Flyers alumni, ice girls and fun patrol will be on hand plus raffles, trivia, interactive games and great food and beverage specials.
The CURE Club Block Party at the Wells Fargo Center will take place each home playoff game outside of the CURE Insurance Club, opening at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22 for Home Game 1 and at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 25 for Home Game 2.
The Flyers will start the Divisional Semifinals in New York at Madison Square Garden against the Rangers on Thursday, April 17 at 7 p.m., followed by Game 2, also in New York on Sunday, April 20 at noon.
