On Demand Is the Entertainment Destination to Tune Into In June

Comcast's library of entertainment programs offers something for everyone in the family to enjoy this summer and continues in the month of June with a wide-range of choices available On Demand. Highlights this month include blockbuster movies like Benjamin Button, every Friday the 13th ever made and Valkyrie available in HD, new TV series premiering On Demand at least one week before airing live, along with season catch-ups of award-winning shows and special 3D programming.

Movie Highlights

New Releases - Missed a movie that you wanted to see in the theater or want to see it again? Now you can watch it at home, anytime. All of these movies are available in SD and HD and can be found On Demand in the "HD On Demand" folder under "Movies & Events" under "All Movies," or in the "Movies & Events" folder under "Just In."

Same Day as DVD - He's Just Not that into You (6/2), Gran Torino (6/9), Friday the 13th (6/16), Inkheart (6/23), 12 Rounds (6/30) and Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li (6/30) are all available in HD the same day they are released on DVD.
Other Recent Box-Office Hits - The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (6/3), Last Chance Harvey (6/3), New in Town (6/9), My Bloody Valentine (6/16), Valkyrie (6/18) and Underworld: Rise of the Lycans (6/26). All of these movies are available in HD.
3D - Experience My Bloody Valentine in 3D and HD right in your living room. Be sure to pick up your 3D glasses at Comcast payment centers and select mall locations. The movie is available beginning June 16 On Demand in the "HD On Demand" folder under "Movies & Events" under "Bloody Valentine 3D."

Movie Collections - New movie collections can be found On Demand in the "Movies & Events" folder under "Movie Collections," with many available in HD. June's themes are:

Barbie Movies- Every girl's favorite doll comes to life with this collection of films including, Barbie Fairytopia, Barbie Mermaidia and Barbie and the Magic of Pegasus. Available now
Romantic Comedies - With wedding season in full swing get in the spirit and laugh along with romantic comedies such as Two Weeks Notice, Prime and Employee of the Month. Available June 2.
Road Trip Flicks - If you aren't able to go on a road trip this summer, you can still get the experience from home with this collection featuring movies such as Little Miss Sunshine, Sex Drive, Sideways and Kingpin. Starts June 2.
Epic Movies - Watch this collection of films which place emphasis on human drama on a grand scale including, Troy, Forest Gump and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (HD). Starts June 3.
Clint Eastwood Films - Just in time for Father's Day, a collection of films featuring everyone's favorite tough guy including, Million Dollar Baby, Dirty Harry, Gran Torino (HD) and Fistful of Dollars. Available June 5.
High Crimes & Heist - Summer movies are all about action and thrills, and this collection of movies provide plenty of both. Movies include Italian Job, Reservoir Dogs and Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. Starts June 12.
Movies from the 70's - Relive your favorites movies from the seventies. Movies include Chinatown, The Sting and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Starts June 12.
Ice Age - Features Ice Age, Ice Age: The Meltdown, extras and a trailer for Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs. Available June 15.
Friday the 13th - Watch every Friday the 13th film ever made all in one place - all in HD. Starts June 16.
Garfield Movie Fest - A collection of films starring America's most famous cat. Movies include Garfield Pet Force, Garfield and Garfield 2. Available June 16.
Dance Flicks - Get ready to dance with this collection of dance movies including, Flashdance, Save the Last Dance and Chicago. Starts June 26.

IFC In Theaters - A collection of independent films available the same day as they are shown in the theater! The new title this month is Dead Snow, a Norwegian comedy horror film being shown at this year's Sundance Film Festival. This movie and others are available On Demand under "Movies & Events" under "IFC in Theaters."

Kids - Showcasing a wide-variety of classic and new kids' movies, June's collection includes, Herbie: Fully Loaded, Chicken Little and James and the Giant Peach. These movies and others can be found On Demand in the "Movies & Events" folder under "Kids Movies."

Disney SVOD - Disney Family Movies, a subscription video on demand service, gives customers unlimited access to approximately 20 hours of content each month. Movies featured this month include The Littlest Outlaw, The Magic Riddle and The Journey of Natty Gann. These movies and others can be found On Demand in the "Premium Channels" folder under "Disney Family Movies."

Movies Under $3 - Stay entertained for less with this economic collection of hits. Customers have access to a wide-variety of movies for under $3 including, The Girl Next Door, Two Weeks Notice and The Thomas Crown Affair. These movies and others can be found On Demand in the "Movies & Events" folder under "Movie Collections" under "30 Under $3."

Showtime's Nurse Jackie - Watch the premiere of this new, original series, staring Golden Globe-winning actress Edie Falco, On Demand one week before it premieres on Showtime - in HD. This premiere is available now through June 10 and can be found On Demand in the "Top Picks" folder.
Sundance Channel's Lazy Environmentalist - Catch the premiere of this new, original series hosted by author, radio and television personality Josh Dorfman, one week before it airs. In each episode Dorfman will seek out environmental skeptics who are experts in various fields in order to prove that a green lifestyle can meet the demands of their professional and private lives. This is available beginning June 10 and can be found On Demand in the "TV Entertainment" folder under "Sundance."
Palladia's O.A.R. Live from Madison Square Garden - Catch rock band O.A.R. perform live at Madison Square Garden - in HD - two months before the concert airs. This premiere is available beginning June 5 and can be found On Demand in the "HD On Demand" folder under "Music."
IFC's Z Rock - Watch the season two premiere of this original, comedy series that follows three friends leading a double life, three days before it airs. This is available beginning June 4 and can be found On Demand in the "Cutting Edge" folder under "IFC Free."

Get Up & Dance: Wedding Party Dances - Wedding season is here, and DJs extraordinaire John and Anthony are ready to teach you the moves to all of those popular wedding party dances.
