Comcast Offers Endless Summer Entertainment with More Than 1,000 Episodes From 200+ Popular TV Series
As we kick off the summer TV season, Comcast Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCSA, CMCSK), the nation's leading provider of entertainment, communications and information, is offering consumers more than 200 television series this summer available at any time on its signature On Demand service. On Demand also gives consumers the chance to catch up on seasons of popular series such as Mad Men, Weeds, Curb Your Enthusiasm and Rescue Me before or during their debut. Comcast On Demand offers customers more than 100 hours of television series content each month, featuring television's highest-rated and award-winning series such as CSI, Numb3rs, Harper's Island, Breaking Bad, Desperate Housewives* and Lost.* Also available are hundreds of popular children's programs such as Dora the Explorer, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Tom & Jerry, Sesame Street, Barney & Friends and many more television programs On Demand at anytime.
Additional television highlights available On Demand this summer include:
On Demand Premiere - season premiere episodes available On Demand one week before linear premiere; Showtime's Nurse Jackie; Animal Planet's Jockeys; Sundance Channel's Man Shops Globe and ; and IFC's Bollywood Hero Part 1 and Z Rock.
On Demand "Day After" - episodes available On Demand one day after linear broadcast include; Dexter, Weeds, Entourage, Rescue Me, Sons of Anarchy, Burn Notice, Royal Pains, Monk, Whale Wars, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Hammer Time.
