Comcast Names D'Arcy Rudnay as Vice President of Corporate Communications

Comcast Corporation Executive Vice President David L. Cohen today announced that D'Arcy Rudnay has been named Vice President of Corporate Communications, where she will be responsible for all strategic communications planning for Comcast, and facilitating unified and consistent communications for the entire Comcast family of companies. She begins her position later this year and will report to Cohen. Rudnay replaces Karen Dougherty Buchholz, who today was named Vice President of Administration in a separate Comcast announcement.

"D'Arcy's experience in strategic communications and media relations in a dynamic business environment will be an incredible asset for Comcast," said Cohen. "Comcast has a tremendous story of growth, technology and innovation, and D'Arcy will be instrumental in publicly communicating our business goals and successes to customers, shareholders, policymakers and employees."

Rudnay is currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Communication and Media Relations at Lincoln Financial Group. She has previously served as the Vice President of Communications and Corporate Identity at Advanta Corporation and as a Communications Manager for The Pew Charitable Trusts.

Rudnay holds a B.A. Degree from Trinity College and an M.S. Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She resides in the Philadelphia region with her husband and their two children.
