Comcast Cable Promotes Lisa Gross to National Director, Retention Marketing
Comcast Cable, the country's leading cable and broadband communications provider, today announced that Lisa Gross has been promoted to National Director, Retention Marketing.
Gross joined Comcast in 1997 as Marketing Coordinator in the company's Philadelphia system and most recently served as National Manager, Retention Marketing. She will have continued responsibility for managing national marketing retention programs to help increase awareness and usage of Comcast's video products, including Digital Cable, ON DEMAND, high-definition television and digital video recorders. In addition, she will direct the development and deployment of programs and tactics that focus on customer retention.
"Lisa has been instrumental in helping us build consumer awareness of the value of Comcast's products and services," said Stacy Gordon, National Senior Director of Marketing.
Gross holds a B.S. in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT) and the Cable Television Association for Marketing (CTAM). She resides in Warrington, Pa.
