Comcast Cable Announces Resignation of Terry Bienstock

Comcast Cable announced today that Terry S.

Bienstock, its Executive Vice President and General Counsel, has decided to leave
the Company to return to private practice, providing legal and consulting services
with a particular focus on communications and media industries.

"I accomplished what I set out to do at Comcast and am now eager to tackle
other business challenges," said Mr. Bienstock. "It is a good time
for me to return home to Florida to be with my family," he added.

"Terry was a tremendous resource in many of our toughest crises,"
said Steve Burke, Chief Operating Officer of Comcast Corporation and President
of Comcast Cable. "From the @Home bankruptcy, to the regulatory approval
of the transfer of 3,000 franchises, to the successful conclusion of the Starz!
and CSG Systems disputes, Terry has shown creativity, dogged perseverance, and
a drive to succeed. I asked him to join us during the AT&T Broadband acquisition
and to take an important role in the integration of the companies. He performed
superbly and was instrumental in helping us achieve our goals with Broadband."

Mr. Bienstock has had a 20-year plus relationship with Comcast Cable - first
as outside counsel and then as its general counsel. Consistent with that long-term
relationship, Comcast Cable and Mr. Bienstock also announced that they have
structured a long-term legal and consulting relationship that will ensure that
Mr. Bienstock will continue to have an ongoing role working with Comcast.

"We are pleased to have structured an ongoing relationship which will
ensure that Terry will continue to be involved in Comcast's future," said
Brian Roberts, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Comcast Corporation.
"He has a clear understanding of our business and his knowledge of our
management team and structure make him a very valuable resource."
