Comcast Announces Two Key Customer Service Promotions

Philadelphia, PA.

Comcast Cable, the country's leading cable and broadband communications provider, today announced that Tina Waters has been named Vice President of Customer Service Operations and Mark Allen has been named Vice President of Customer Service Development.

Waters joined Comcast in 2000 as Director of Customer Sciences, and most recently served as Vice President of Customer Sciences. She will oversee optimization of call center operations, credit and collections processes, and quality assurance.

Waters holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University and currently is enrolled in the University of Pennsylvania's Master's of Science in Organizational Dynamics program. She is a member of Women in Cable and Telecommunications and the National Association of Multi-ethnicity in Communications. She resides in Plymouth Meeting, Pa., with her family.

Allen, who joined Comcast in 2002 as Senior Director of Call Center Development, will continue to oversee all customer service vendor management contracts throughout Comcast's service areas, including negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to contract terms. He will also develop and implement enhancements to the company's vendor contract strategy. In addition, he will provide strategic leadership for Call Center construction, development and renovation.

Allen holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Morehouse College in Atlanta and an M.B.A. with a dual concentration in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He resides in Burlington, N.J., with his family.
