Americans, thanks to a new agreement between Comcast Online, the nation's top broadband Internet provider, and Expedia, Inc., the world's leading online travel service.
With this agreement, Expedia(R)'s travel service is now directly accessible to Comcast High-Speed Internet's more than 5.3 million customers via a Travel Channel link on the Comcast.net portal. The Travel Channel joins an array of information, entertainment, and lifestyle channels already available on Comcast.net, such as News, Finance, Sports, Relationships, and Entertainment.
This agreement with Expedia also marks a continuation of Comcast's commitment to enhance its customers' broadband Internet experience with quick, convenient access to the information that is most important to them and to deliver special member benefits through partnerships forged with other leading companies. The Expedia Travel Channel on Comcast.net is an easy-to-use, one- stop travel shop on the same site that users are accustomed to accessing for their news, entertainment, financial, and sports information as well as music, videos, and gaming.
