Matt Zelesko is EVP and Chief Technology Officer at Comcast. Matt leads the Product & Technology organization, which creates great product experiences, from Connected Living to Entertainment, and the global platforms that power them. His organization has end-to-end responsibility for product delivery with an emphasis on innovation, inclusive design and integrated experiences. He also leads several cross-company initiatives for Comcast, including user experience and enterprise software strategy.
Matt has also held corporate and technology leadership positions at both early-stage and established media companies throughout his career. From 2006 to 2007, he was a founding member and Vice President of Engineering for Comcast’s Interactive Media division that focused on delivering digital video over IP. Matt was at Joost from 2007 to 2009, where he served as Senior Vice President of Engineering before stepping in as CEO to lead the company through a restructuring and acquisition. As Senior Vice President, Converged Technology Group with Time Warner Cable, Matt drove technology strategy and product development and was recognized as the Multichannel News Technology Executive of the Year in 2013. He was also a founding member and continues to serve on the Board for the Reference Design Kit (RDK) Management Entity.
Matt earned his B.S. degree in Computer Science from Cornell University and his M.S. degree from Stanford University.
