Ed Gallagher serves as Senior Vice President and general manager of sales for the Northeast Division, which serves almost 7.8 million customers across 14 northeastern states from Maine through Virginia and the District of Columbia. In this role, he is responsible for setting sales strategy and overseeing execution across all traditional, digital and emerging sales channels. He most recently led a successful sales transformation initiative to increase key performance metrics and business intelligence resources while creating a high performance culture for employees at all level of the organization.

With more than 20 years of sales, marketing and operations experience in the telecommunications and cable industries, Mr. Gallagher has held various management positions with companies including Raytheon, Sprint, WinStar Wireless, TelCove (formerly Adelphia Business Solutions) and Level 3 Communications.  He has a proven track record for increasing sales revenue and optimizing operations, with an employee-centric focus on organizational effectiveness and employee development. 

Mr. Gallagher earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell, and holds certificates of Professional Achievement in Telecommunication Technology and Data Communication from Northeastern University. He is involved in industry and community organizations, serving as a Board member for the Mass Technology Leadership Council, and is on the Business School Advisory Board for the University of Massachusetts.
