Ed Brassel serves as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Business Intelligence for Comcast Cable, an organization he founded in 2013. In this role, he champions the utilization of data assets and advanced analytics throughout Comcast NBCU to inform critical decisions that power our business every day.
Ed has more than 35 years of experience in marketing, strategy and business analytics. Prior to joining Comcast in 2013, he served as SVP, Marketing and Business Analytics at DirecTV in Los Angeles. He began his career in consumer packaged goods marketing with H.J. Heinz and R.J. Reynolds Tobacco.
Ed is a graduate of Duke University, where he earned both an MBA and B.A. in Psychology.
