Beth Choroser is Vice President, Regulatory Affairs for Comcast Corporation. In this role, she directs Comcast’s advocacy on regulatory matters affecting broadband, voice, public safety, and security. Beth has more than 19 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, and has collaborated on the development of policies related to universal service, intercarrier compensation, network interconnection, accessibility, and voice service regulation. She has testified before numerous state public utility commissions on matters related to interconnection and regulation of Voice over IP services. Beth joined Comcast in 2000 as the company was launching its early business voice service offerings and has held numerous regulatory affairs positions at Comcast Cable and Comcast Corporation since that time.

Prior to joining Comcast, she held positions in budgeting, finance and rate making in the semiconductor equipment industry as well as the electric utility industry. Beth was named to the Board of Directors of the Universal Service Administrative Company in 2016.

Beth is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and holds an M.B.A. from Syracuse University.
