Beth Bunting Arnholt is Vice President of Integrated Talent Initiatives for Comcast NBCUniversal. In a rapidly changing industry that needs to constantly adapt to stay at the forefront of innovation, Beth works to create strategies and experiences to evolve the way people think about the organization, its culture and talent. She joined Comcast NBCUniversal from BDC Consulting, where she served for five years as Principal and Owner, providing strategic human resources and organizational development counsel to executives in a variety of industries. Prior to BDC Consulting she held various leadership roles at Comcast Cable, including building the original recruitment function and strategy and serving as Vice President of Human Resources for the Eastern Division, Acsys Resources and Mobil Oil Corporation.

Beth was named among the 100 Most Powerful Women in Cable in 2015 and 2016. She serves or has served on Drexel University LeBow Dean’s Advisory Board, the Philadelphia Chapter Women of Tomorrow Leadership Council, and Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association Board. Beth holds a Master in Business Administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Delaware. She resides in Garnet Valley, PA with her family.
